The Windi is a single-use catheter that is inserted in the rectum to instantly relieve gas. Remember when the best way to take a baby's temperature was with a rectal thermometer? You get the idea.

The Windi is made of a thermoplastic elastomer (TPS-SEBS) that is BPA-free, Latex-free, Phthalate-free, biodegradable and 100% recyclable. Each Windi package contains five (5) single-use catheters (for sanitary reasons and to prevent infection from repeat use with a baby who may be sick) and instructions for use. The Windi also has a built in 'stopper' to prevent the catheter from being inserted too far.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE WINDI COLIC AND GAS REDUCER:

1. Gently massage the child's stomach with your hand in a downward motion towards the rectum. Massage one side of the belly at a time. Repeat three times on one each side.

2. Lift the child's legs towards the head and carefully insert the catheter into the rectum (as if you were using a thermometer). Always use baby oil on the tip of the catheter to ease insertion. You will hear a swishing sound when the gas comes out and you will notice immediate relief of the child. Remove The Windi and dispose of it.
