Free Shipping:

As busy parents, we do a lot of our own shopping online. We don't like to pay a lot of money for shipping when we buy online - heck, we don't like to pay ANYTHING for shipping, so we don't think you should have to either.

At Global Enfant, we offer Free Shipping on all orders delivered within the USA. Orders are shipped via standard ground methods through USPS or FedEx. If you choose to take advantage of our Free Shipping option, please be advised that such offers apply to domestic orders only (including Hawaii and Alaska), and method of shipment is at the sole discretion of Global Enfant.

In a hurry? Priority and expedited shipping is available at the current courier rates.

We do appreciate our military families, but unfortunately we are currently not able to ship to APO addresses

Global Enfant does not ship internationally, outside of the USA.

 

Product Returns:

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes you may discover that an item is just not the right size or color for you. Items in new, salable condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, in the original (undamaged) packaging, and with all appropriate labels and hang tags still attached. Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please email customer service for an RA number. Return shipping is at buyer's expense. In the event of a return, it is advisable to insure your package for the full retail value of the items being returned as Global Enfant will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. A refund or credit will be issued in the original form of payment, minus the cost of shipping and handling. If a Free Shipping offer was used, please be advised that real shipping costs will be deducted from any and all returns. Sales of Limited Edition, Custom Print and clearance items are final and are not eligible for return. Please allow up to one full billing cycle for refunds to appear on your statement if original payment was made by credit card. If you have a question about a return, please contact customer service.

Warranty:

Many of the brands we carry are guaranteed by a manufacturer warranty. Our manufacturers produce quality products and have great quality control standards. We also inspect all of our inventory when we receive it and again when your order is packed. That being said, sometimes a product is not 100% up to company standards. In the unlikely, but unfortunate event that you receive a defective or faulty item, please contact us immediately. DO NOT return the item without contacting us first. Many manufacturers prefer to deal with warranty issues directly, as it is quicker and more efficient. We will assist you in replacing your item according to the guidelines set forth by the product manufacturer.

Please note. All Ju-Ju-Be sales are final and not eligible for returns. In case of a defect, we will get the item replaced for you through Ju-Ju-Be's manufacturer warranty.
