A 2.5 inch eco-wool core is covered in 100% certified organic cotton twill and tightly hand-tufted every four inches. This organic wool baby mattress is completely chemical-free, and the non-carbonized eco-wool is shorn from humanely raised, non-dipped American sheep.

Eco-wool is a wonderful, natural choice for baby bedding. Wool helps maintain proper body temperature which will help your baby get restful sleep. Wool is naturally resistant to dust mites (great for allergic babies), and is naturally fire-retardant without adding any chemical treatment.
