A Pikkolo Baby Carrier is a unique blend of a Mei Tai Carrier and Buckle Carrier. Pikkolo Baby Carriers feature comfortable but slim memory foam straps which allow you to comfortably wear your baby from birth (without a separate insert) all the way to toddlerhood (up to 40 lbs.). Pikkolo carriers can be adjusted to wear your baby on your back, your hip, your front with your baby facing in, and in a uniquely ERGONOMIC front facing out position. The modern geometric Georgia print is custom designed for Catbird Baby from fabric designer Jan DiCintio of Daisy Janie.

Each Pikkolo Baby Carrier comes with a detachable hood, optional chest strap for use with back carrying, and instructional booklet.

Our patent-pending support belt makes it easier to carry heavier babies and toddlers. It is compatible with the pikkolo carrier as well as our mei tai (and most brand mei tais).You simply thread your carrier through the belt and leave on for a more traditional padded SSC-style waistband. You may wish to add the belt when your baby reaches 20+ lbs. We recommend placing the belt on and leaving it, not switching it on and off frequently. THIS IS A BELT ONLY, NOT A CARRIER. MUST BE USED IN COMBINATION WITH THE PIKKOLO CARRIER OR A MEI TAI CARRIER.
